Carolyn is a Florida native, born and raised in Venice, FL. She earned her degree in Public Relations from Eastern Kentucky University in 2008, laying the foundation for her strong communication and relationship-building skills.
In 2019, Carolyn joined Keller Williams Island Life Real Estate, where she spent six years supporting agents in growing their businesses while helping buyers and sellers achieve their real estate goals. Her dedication to service and operational excellence made her an integral part of the brokerage’s success.
In 2025, Carolyn took on the role of Director of Operations at The Hupp Group, where she continues to deliver exceptional support to the Realtors on the team. Carolyn provides a high level of service to the Realtors on the team through communication and interaction. Known for her compassion and client-focused mindset, she plays a key role in ensuring smooth transactions and meaningful experiences for both agents and clients alike.
